1955年雇佣法令: 薪金及旷工
法令规定发薪水的日期不可超过月底之后的 7 天。
工人在收到薪金时应该接到一份详细的薪金表或薪水单。里头有列明工资，超时工资，各种津贴(交通，住宿，职位等等)，花红，公积金扣额，社险扣额或其他扣额等。
员工如果连续 2 天以上无故或未经雇主或上司准许没上工，将被视为破坏服务契约，除非能证明有合理的理由但却联络不上通知雇主或上司。
