PROPERTIES was founded on the year March 1983 by Mr. Brian Tan Kwang Teck who
has been actively involved in licensed real estate business. The office is strategically located
in Wisma Central @ Jalan Ampang, adjacent to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
We
serve and cater the needs of the community and those seeking properties in enormous potential within the new
golden triangle area Kuala Lumpur City Centre and extend
our services to other Greater Klang Valley Areas.
Pan
Properties is also led by Nexus Tan SC who has corporate experience with an
international & local bank and marketing of real estate. Together with our
trained negotiators & sales team of dedicated professionals, the office has
the resources, knowledge and experience to provide a high service level to both
individuals and corporate clients. With a number of sales forces, the office
focuses on residential, commercial, industrial, office and retail spaces. Our
trained negotiators handle agriculture, industrial and building land as well.
We serve the
real estate needs focusing on residential, commercial, industrial and land. On
residential sector which includes all types of properties ranging from
apartments, condominiums, link houses to bungalows. With additional as for the commercial
sector which covers shop lots and shop offices. Furthermore in the Industrial
sector which includes factories, warehouses and land.

the various types of residential properties, we also very active in commercial
real estate dealing with corporate offices, shop houses, stand-alone buildings
for showroom and banking offices.
