Making More Money vs Saving Money

How to become wealthy faster? I believe spending daily free time smartly do help to expedite the process of becoming rich. But, how should we utilize our free time – making more money or saving money first?

I choose to make more money.

Don’t get me wrong! Both making money and saving money are equally important to become rich, for sure. But, my question is, how much money can we save based on the salary?

MAKING MORE MONEY VS. SAVING MONEY

Let’s do a comparison between Mr. Jayson and Mr. Wilson, who spend their free time priority for making money and saving money, respectively, as following:

• Jayson spends 3 hours daily to earn extra money. Example: writing an article daily for his blog that earning him 10 cents per article for every day.
• Wilson spends 3 hours daily to do something. Example: take breakfast at house, cook dinner after work, wash car, laundry and etc helping him to save $10 per day.

After one year, Jayson managed to make $6,679.50 while Wilson could only saved $3,720.

After ten years, Jayson’s efforts has helping him to earn handsome money from blog. The amount of $666,307.50 is a lot of money!

Unfortunately, Wilson could only saved $37,200 if he spent his past ten years for thinking of ways to save money.
